Dr. Lizette Sunde entered the PT profession over 14 years ago and continues to experience joy and pride when a patient expresses gratitude and the ability to get back to their activity and doing what they love without pain. These outcomes come from the care she provides her clients and has been motivating her for several years.

Dr. Lizette Sunde, PT, OCS, CSCS

Dr. Sunde is a physical therapist who has proudly served the Fargo/Moorhead area since graduating from the University of North Dakota in 2009. She has treated many conditions from post-operative rehab to sports injuries, extremity pains and an array of orthopedic conditions.

She became a strength & conditioning specialist in 2016 and a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy in 2018. Dr. Sunde’s certification of the selective functional movement assessment allows her to assess your most fundamental motion in order to appropriately determine the cause of your pain. Extracurricular certifications include Level 1 & Level 2 Certified Gait Training Analyst which allows her to effectively screen, manage and treat runners along with Blood Flow Restriction Training.

Her background in teaching manual therapy, along with certifications in instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilizations and dry needling, will help get you back to doing what you love!

She loves running, playing and coaching her children’s sports teams, being outside (not so much in Winter) and spending time with family.
